Royal Poinciana Ministries was originally founded in the beloved year July 15, 2010 and the extension of Poinciana Sprewell International Ministries was birth on January 1st, 2020. The ministry is located in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Originated in the heart of Orlando “The City Called Beautiful”.
Poinciana Sprewell was named after the Royal Poinciana tree, which is brilliant with bright red flowers. That is why she found it necessary to plant roots in Florida. PSIM was founded through years of thought and prayers. Therefore, much was taken into consideration as to what type of ministry PSIM should be. After much reflection, prayer, and critical thought Love... ”love” was a key factor that needed to be expressed because we as individuals must know how to share, and express love to understand the ramifications of it. According to Webster, love means a quality or feeling of strong or constant affection for and dedication to another.
Jesus stated:
Matthew 22: 37-39 Jesus said unto him, Thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy mind. This is the first and great commandment. And the second is like unto it, “ THOU SHALT LOVE THY NEIGHBOR AS THYSELF”
As the Lord said both of these are considered commandments meaning we are commission to love, it is a rule and law of God. Therefore, it is the mandate of PSIM to go into all the world and preach the gospel to all men, showing compassion, love, and kindness.
